The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force advises the general public that street vending is strictly prohibited on all roads, sidewalks, and public thoroughfares surrounding the St. Kitts Music Festival venue during the festival period.
This restriction is necessary to ensure public safety, maintain the free flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic, guarantee emergency vehicle access, and support the orderly management of the event.
Consequently, vendors must not set up stalls, tables, tents, carts, or any other vending operations on roads, sidewalks, road verges, or public spaces near the venue.
Non-compliance with this notice will result in the immediate removal of vending setups and may lead to legal enforcement action.
The Police Force appreciates the cooperation of all vendors and members of the public as we work together to ensure a safe and successful Music Festival.
