Regional Organization of Women in Leadership Launches New Program AIM.

The Regional Organization of Women in Leadership ( ROWL) is pleased to announce the launch of its powerful, new program AIM- Advancing and Inspiring Mentees. This program will serve as a catalyst for transformational change in mentorship in the Caribbean. By harnessing the potential of young aspiring women leaders through effective programs and distinguished mentors AIM offers an elite program.

The program will connect young women from the ages of 18-30 years old with experienced leaders from various fields within the Caribbean region and further expose young women within the region to various areas of personal and professional development towards becoming resilient global leaders.

ROWL recognizes the need to equip young women with great leadership potential in their communities, countries and the world with the requisite tools for both personal and professional development. The program will focus on areas of development in:
● Image Consulting, Styling and Grooming
● Personal and Professional Brand
● Writing Development
● Research and Information
● Civic Engagement
● Public Speaking
● Career Development
● Resume & CV Development

AIM will ultimately provide aspiring young women leaders within the Caribbean region with the support they require to develop the necessary skills and confidence to excel and demonstrate leadership acumen in all areas of their lives.

The program will commence on January 19, 2022, and will run for a period of four months ending on April 19, 2022.
