Basseterre, St.Kitts (April 6, 2016) – The Local Organizing Committee for the 2016 West Indies Tri-Series Cricket Tournament to be played at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium on 11th, 13th, and 15th June, 2016 held its first meeting on Thursday 31st March 2016.
Mr. Dennis Phillip, President of the St. Kitts Cricket Association and Event Manager for the 2016 West Indies Tri-Series, in welcoming the various Department Heads gave a detailed outline of the organizational structure for the event along with an explanation of the roles and responsibilities for key personnel.
In the coming weeks, a delegation from the St.Kitts Local Organizing Committee will travel to Barbados to meet with the representatives from West Indies Cricket Board Inc. in preparation for the staging of this most prestigious cricket tournament here on St.Kitts at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium.
