Basseterre, St. Kitts (August 26, 2025) – Police have formally charged Randolph Welsh of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Peter’s, with several drug-related offences stemming from an incident on August 13, 2025.
On August 15, 2025, Welsh was charged at the Basseterre Police Station with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to supply, and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to supply.
In a subsequent update, authorities confirmed that on August 21, 2025, Welsh was further charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to supply, also connected to the August 13 incident at Lower Monkey Hill.
Police investigations into the matter remain ongoing.
