35th Independence Anniversary Theme Competition

(EMU) – St. Kitts, April 19, 2018: Applications are now welcomed for the 35th Anniversary of Independence Theme, the criteria is as follows:

• Must be concise, memorable, original, no more than six (6) to eight (8) words.
• Must encompass the general development thrust of the Country, focused on Patriotism and Love of Country.
• Must possess an internal rhyme scheme to enhance the theme.

Submit to one of the following:

A hardcopy can be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Permanent Secretary, in the Ministry of Education, and placed in the drop box at the entrance to Government Headquarters, the Administrative Offices of the Ministry of Education located on the 3rd Floor, The Cable Building OR, the Headquarters of The Nevis Island Administration.

Only citizens or residents of the Federation can enter. Members of the Independence Committee, its sub-committees and Government Ministers are excluded. Only two (2) submissions per entrant/composer.

Deadline is Wednesday, 2nd May, 2018.
