Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 16, 2018 (RSCNPF): Kevin Williams of Saddlers was arrested and charged on Sunday, April 15 for the offences of Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Ammunition. The two other persons who were previously taken into custody in relation to the find were discharged.
On April 13, three men were taken into Police custody in relation to a firearm and ammunition that were found during a search exercise that was conducted on the Island Main Road in Conaree. Officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force reported that while searching a motor car one Beretta .22 was found in the back pack of one of the passengers, and not the driver as previously reported. The Officers also found two (2) .22 rounds of ammunition.
