Basseterre, St. Kitts, February 02, 2019 (RSCNPF): Police have charged 34-year-old Kimberly Liburd of Mansion Village for the offence of Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm on a juvenile which was committed in Mansion Village on January 21, 2019.
