Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 31, 2019 (RSCNPF): Police have formally charged 48-year-old Lester Seaton of Dieppe Bay for the Attempted Murder of Myrthlyn Mitchell. The offence occurred on October 29, 2019. Seaton has been remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison.
