Sylvester Hodge of Fort Thomas Road, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Simple Larceny, committed on December 22nd, 2024.
Mr Hodge entered a plea of “not guilty” and was found guilty after trial. As a result, he was convicted and sentenced on June 30th, 2025, to serve 3 years’ imprisonment by Her Honour Mrs Rhonda Nisbett-Browne.
