The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) has confirmed that Mr. Randolph Welsh is in custody following his surrender at the Basseterre Police Station on Friday, August 15.
In an official statement, the RSCNPF extended gratitude to the public for their continued support and cooperation, emphasising the importance of community partnership in maintaining national safety.
“Every time each one reaches one, the whole country wins,” the release stated, highlighting the role of collective responsibility in crime prevention.
