Trinbago Knight Riders held their nerves to secure victory in the 2025 CPL finals, held in Guyana on Sunday night.
Batting first, the Warriors struggled to just 130 in their 20 allotted overs, with Iftikhar Ahmed top scoring with 30.
Netravalkar bagged 3 for 25, and Akeal Hosein got 2 for 26.
The Trinbago Knight Riders also found the going difficult in the run chase.
From 114 for 5 in the 15th over, suddenly they were 116 for 7, with Skipper Tahir and Joseph fighting back with crucial strikes.
However, the 18th over bowled by Motie went for 16 runs, mainly from the bat of Hosein, to effectively take the Knight riders over the line and clinch another CPL title.
