Instead, our investigators are seeking information from anyone who may have observed this individual before or after the incident without the helmet, or who may recognise other distinguishing features, such as his clothing, physical build, movements, or the scooter he was riding.
It is also important to highlight that the motorcycle used in this incident was reported stolen some time ago in Sandy Point. For this reason, the registration number displayed will not be helpful in identifying the suspect. The inclusion of this detail in the appeal was intended to provide context, not to imply that the registration itself would assist in solving the case.
In appeals of this nature, even small observations, such as seeing someone park the scooter, remove the helmet, or otherwise move about the area, can prove crucial to an investigation. Public cooperation often makes the difference between a stalled inquiry and a successful resolution.
