ST. KITTS (October 19, 2025) – Richard Greenaway of Shadwell Housing, St. Kitts, has been arrested and charged in connection with a traffic offence committed on October 16, 2025.
Mr Greenaway is accused of Permitting Another to Drive Without a Valid Driver’s Licence and Insurance. He was formally charged at the Sandy Point Police Station following investigations into the matter.
Authorities continue to urge all vehicle owners and drivers to comply with traffic regulations to ensure public safety on the roads.
