CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS — Film Focus Nevis has announced an exciting partnership with regional non-profit Helen’s Daughters to host an exclusive screening and interactive panel discussion centred on the compelling documentary film, Farmacy of Light: A Quantum Leap in Healing.
Farmacy of Light explores the profound intersection between holistic well-being, nature, and plant-based agricultural practices. Following the screening, attendees will participate in an engaging Q&A session with leading voices in regional agriculture, sustainability, and wellness.
Empowering Rural Women Across the Caribbean
The collaboration highlights the transformative work of Keithlin Caroo-Afrifa, Founder of Helen’s Daughters. What began as a side project during her time at the United Nations has evolved into a powerhouse movement for gender equity in Caribbean agriculture. Today, the organisation is transitioning into a social enterprise, expanding vital opportunities through training, mentorship, market access, and agri-tourism for rural women across St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
