CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS — Excitement and skill development were on full display as the annual Adelvin Phillip Cricket Camp, currently underway at the Hardtimes Playing Field, prepares to climax later this week.
On Tuesday, July 28, 2026, the Hon. Troy Liburd joined several key corporate sponsors for a special site visit to observe the young athletes in action and witness firsthand the progress made during the intensive training sessions.
During a brief official ceremony, Minister Liburd commended organiser Adelvin Phillip for his unyielding dedication to grassroots cricket and his continuous efforts to sharpen the technical skills of the island’s youth. Addressing the participants, Minister Liburd admonished the young cricketers to remain focused and absorb as much knowledge as possible throughout the clinic.
