St. Kitts and Nevis thrower Israel Seaton is set to take the next step in his academic and athletic journey at Calabar High School in Jamaica, where he will pursue his studies while continuing to develop his talents in track and field.
Calabar has established a strong reputation for producing outstanding field-event athletes and is regarded as one of Jamaica’s leading schools for throwing events, with numerous champions emerging from its programme at both the junior and senior levels.
Seaton specialises in the discus throw and shot put, two events in which he has demonstrated considerable promise. His move to Jamaica presents an exciting opportunity to train and compete in a highly competitive athletic environment while furthering his education.
The transition marks an important new chapter in Seaton’s development, as he looks to build on his accomplishments and gain valuable experience competing at a high level.
The athletics community of St. Kitts and Nevis wishes Israel continued success as he balances his academic responsibilities with his athletic ambitions. Seaton joins fellow Nevisian athletes Kymarni and Najeeb, who are currently pursuing their education and athletic development at St. Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) in Jamaica.
