Charlestown, Nevis — The Bank of Nevis Limited is pleased to congratulate Monique Pogson on her promotion to Chief Retail Banking and Treasury Officer, recognizing her professional experience, leadership and contribution to the financial services sector.
Mrs. Pogson brings more than 12 years of experience in financial services and commercial banking, including over six years in senior management. Her professional background spans retail banking, investment and treasury management, banking operations, financial risk management, strategy development and client relationship management.
She rejoined the Bank of Nevis in December 2024, having previously led the institution’s Investment and Treasury Unit from 2016 to 2023. Her experience and understanding of the financial services industry position her to contribute to the Bank’s continued focus on service excellence, sound financial management and meeting the evolving needs of its customers.
Mrs. Pogson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
Her promotion represents an important professional milestone and reflects the value of experience, expertise and continued commitment to the banking industry.
