Inquiries suggest that both Mr Nisbett and Mr Parra were travelling from west to east along Marian Avenue with Mr Nisbett being at the front. When in the vicinity of the Finley Residence, Mr Parra collided with the rear of Mr Nisbett’s vehicle.
