Office Assistant

The successful candidate for this full time position will possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, a desire to develop professionally through training and education, an ability to follow directions and a strong attention to detail.

Examples of the initial responsibilities are as follows:

  • Corporate administration duties.
  • Receptionist duties.
  • Daily banking duties.
  • Collation, organisation, update, storage and filing of all company documentation and records.
  • Messenger duties as may become necessary.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Adobe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
