Archers Pay Courtesy Call On Sports Minister

It was a brief but very meaningful; visit and gesture, as the St. Kitts –Nevis representative Archery team, which recently participated in a tournament, held in the Dominican Republic, paid a courtesy call on Sports Minister on Nevis, Hon. Eric Evelyn.
The visit took place on the afternoon of Thursday 4th July, at the conference room of the Administration Building in Charlestown.
Minister Evelyn warmly greeted the Archers who showed up with their newly earned medals and received an official report from Dane Sandiford, who also formally introduced all of his team mates and thanked the Minister for his assistance and the assistance of the Nevis Island Administration, in making their trip possible.
Minister Evelyn congratulated the team on its achievements and noted that his Ministry embraces all sporting disciplines and pledged his continued support and that of the NIA, to the Archery Association.
