The Criminal Investigations Department on Nevis is investigating an armed robbery which occurred Hicks Estate on 7th November 2014 about 2:15 PM, in which a large sum of money was stolen.
Initial investigation revealed that a Government contractor was in the process of paying a number of employees when he was attacked by three (3) armed masked assailants and robbed him of an undisclosed sum of money.
Anyone who has any information pertaining to this incident is asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Department at 469-5392, ext. 27, the nearest police station, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477(TIPS). Remember, you do not have to provide your personal information and you maybe eligible to receive a reward.
