Students of St. Thomas’ Primary School showcased their athletic talent and competitive spirit during the school’s annual sports meet held on Wednesday, March 4.
The event was held under the patronage of Jamie Wilkinson and Denesia Smithen, both past outstanding students and athletes of the school.
Throughout the day, students competed enthusiastically in a variety of track and field events, demonstrating determination, teamwork, and school pride. After a keenly contested competition among the houses, Blue Hawks emerged as the overall champions.
Final Points Standings:
Blue Hawks – 249 points (Champions)
Orange Eagles – 238 points
Green Sparrows – 193 points
The successful sports meet once again highlighted the growing athletic talent among young students in Nevis and provided an exciting day of competition for the school community.
