The annual sports meet of Joycelyn Liburd Primary School was held on Thursday, February 29th, under the patronage of Shawn Chapman and Shatia Freeman.
The meet was organized in memory of the late track official, Mr. Joseph Liburd.
The athletes started with an impressive march past, followed by races ranging from 100 to 1200 meters, along with the 4×100 and 4×400 relays.
The Blue House and Green House teams had a close battle for the top spot, with a lead of two points at most times.
However, the Blue House team emerged victorious, with 358 points, while the Green House team received 348 points.
The Red House team secured the third position with 263 points.
