On Thursday, February 5, Nevis Academy hosted its annual Cross-Country event, which saw enthusiastic participation from students despite challenging weather conditions.
In the face of inclement weather, officials and athletes remained determined, persevering through the conditions to complete the races. The event was well supported by parents and family members, whose presence added to the energy and excitement of the day. Several races featured close finishes, keeping spectators engaged throughout.
The older students competed on a course that began at the Bath Cemetery, continued through Bath Plain, onto Long Point Road, and concluded back at the school grounds. Younger students ran shorter routes from various points along the road adjacent to the school.
At the time of publication, top placements were unavailable.
