Orange House emerged champions after a fiercely contested showdown at the Nevis Academy annual sports meet, held on Tuesday, February 24, at the Nevis Athletic Stadium.
A fair-sized and enthusiastic crowd filled the stands as students competed across a full slate of track and field events, delivering an afternoon of spirited performances, close finishes and impressive athletic displays. Several records were broken during the meet, underscoring the growing talent and competitiveness among the young athletes.
Serving as distinguished patrons for the event were Shelorn Lawrence and Steve Pemberton, who lent their support and encouragement to participants throughout the day.
In the final team standings, Orange House narrowly claimed the championship title with 324 points, edging out Green House, which finished a close second with 318 points. Blue House secured third place with 247 points.
