On Thursday, February 26th, Joycelyn Liburd Primary School hosted its annual sports meet at the Nevis Athletic Stadium, bringing together students, teachers, and supporters for an exciting day of athletics and school pride.
The event was proudly held under the patronage of Verencia Maynard and Kejahre Grante, who joined the school community in celebrating the energy and talent of the young athletes.
Competitors gave their all across a range of track events, including the 100m, 150m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and the exciting 4x100m and 4x400m relay races. Throughout the day, athletes displayed determination, teamwork, and outstanding sportsmanship as they competed for house pride.
At the end of a thrilling day of competition, the Red Eagles soared to victory, claiming the championship title.
