On the evening of Saturday, December 14th, the SKN Moves Nevis Chapter hosted an impressive awards ceremony in the Orchid Room at the Malcolm Guishard Recreational Park. The event was expertly chaired by the organization’s Coordinator, Ms. Shelagh James.
Several awards were presented to various recipients, including sponsors and partners, media supporters and creatives, and dedicated volunteers. In a special moment during the ceremony, Ms. Shelagh James was surprised by her team with an award recognizing her as the driving force behind the SKN Moves Nevis Chapter.
In attendance to assist with the award presentations were the Minister of Health, Hon. Jahnel Nisbett, and her Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Shelissa Martin-Clarke. The evening culminated with a toast from Minister Nisbett, celebrating the continued success of the SKN Moves Nevis Chapter and wishing the movement another successful five years.
