The Nevis Youth and Sports Department has revealed that the Australian High Commissioner will be visiting Nevis on Sunday 14th October.
On that day, the ongoing T-10 Tape ball tournament, being hosted by the Department, will be paused in order to accommodate a special match between the young cricketers on the island.
The Australian High Commissioner will be on hand to witness two teams from Nevis, go head to head in a T-20 match.
One team will be referred to as the Australia High Commissioner X1 and the other will be dubbed Nevis Premier’s X1.
The match is set to commence at 2 pm at the ET Willet Park and will be free of cost to the spectators.
All are invited to come out and witness this exciting event.
