Autopsy reveals cause of death of Clive ‘Uncash’ Walters

(CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS)- A post mortem examination was conducted on Nevis’ second murder victim Clive ‘Uncash’ Walters today Tuesday, May 13, 2014.

The autopsy was performed by Forensic Pathologist Dr. Stephen Jones and it revealed that the Bath Village resident died from gunshot injuries to the abdomen and neck.

Police officers were summoned to the home of Walters sometime after 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2014 where it is said that he was gunned down by a masked assailant.

He succumbed to his injuries at the Alexandra Hospital shortly after.

Two persons were in police custody helping with the investigation of Walters’ death. However, they were later released.

Walters’ death follows the shooting death of Carlyle Hobson of Webbe’s Ground, Gingerland, who was found dead on Friday, February 21, 2014 on a path leading to the Nevis Island Government Quarry in a location known as ‘Valley’.

No one has been charge in connection with Hobson’s murder.
