Autopsy reveals SCASPA worker cause of death

A post mortem was conducted on Sunday, March 30, 2014 on the body of the male who was identified as Askeo Farrell a maintenance worker at SCASPA. The post mortem examination revealed that the cause of death was a result of traumatic shock as a result of multiple thoratic fractures. This was confirmed by a police press release.

It is said that the 31 year old West Farm resident entered the elevator on Friday afternoon to conduct repairs, and is believed to have been crushed between the outside of the elevator and the wall of the shaft.

He was not discovered until Sunday after workers started to smell a stench coming from the elevator.
