Basseterre: St. Kitts: The Ministry of Education wishes to advise all new and returning teachers that the annual Back to School Opening Ceremony will be held on Monday, August 28, at the Rivers of Living Water International Christian Center, at 9:00 am.
Attendees are asked to be punctual and dressed in business attire.
