Prime Minister Mia Mottley secured a historic third consecutive general election victory in Barbados, as her Barbados Labour Party (BLP) won all 30 seats in the House of Assembly for the third time, unseating Opposition Leader Ralph Thorne.
In her victory address, Mottley pledged to intensify efforts to improve infrastructure, healthcare, and road safety, while continuing policies aimed at reducing poverty and expanding opportunities for Barbadians.
