Blue House Dominates at Stepping Stones Nursery Sports Meet

Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis — Blue House emerged victorious at the Stepping Stones Nursery Annual Sports Meet, held on Friday, May 1, at the school’s Phase One Grounds in Lower Stoney Grove.

The event brought together students, parents, and teachers for a fun-filled day of friendly competition and celebration of youthful energy and talent. Distinguished patrons for the occasion were past students of the institution, brothers Treon and Rondre Daniel.

The young athletes participated enthusiastically in a variety of events, including flat races, shoe races, milk races, applesauce races, block races, and water races—some of which also featured parent participation. The programme also included a spirited teachers’ race, adding to the excitement of the day.

At the conclusion of the meet, Blue House secured the top position with 134 points, followed closely by Red House with 123, while Green House finished with 103.

The annual sports meet continues to be a highlight on the school’s calendar, promoting teamwork, physical activity, and community involvement among students at an early age.
