Box of ammunition reportedly missing at Nevis’ Prison Farm

Charlestown, Nevis, February 1, 2020 – Reports on Saturday that an investigation is underway in Nevis to determine the whereabouts of a box containing some 45 rounds of ammunition found to be missing at the Prison Farm in Nevis.
According to multiple the box of point 40mm rounds was discovered missing during the monthly audit of weapons.
Police were called in to begin the investigation on Friday and on Saturday prison officers were summoned to the prison to be questioned.
