Nevispages has learnt tonight, Saturday, March 25, 2017 of the passing of former Governor General of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, Sir Cuthbert Sebastian. He was 95 years old.
He served in the capacity of Governor General during the period 1996 to 2013 when Sir Edmund Lawrence assumed the role of Governor General.
The death of former Governor General Sebastian follows close on the heels of the death of another former Governor of the Federation, Sir Probyn Inniss who passed away earlier this month and was laid to rest this past Thursday, March 23, 2017.
