Bruce Nolan of Lower Shaw Avenue, McKnight, St. Kitts, has been convicted and fined for offences relating to the possession of cocaine.
Mr Nolan was found guilty of Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to supply. He was fined one thousand dollars (EC $1,000) on each charge, payable within two (2) months, or in default, two (2) months imprisonment per count.
The sentence was handed down at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court by His Honour Reynold Benjamin on October 27th, 2025.
