The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the Buckley’s Estate area on St. Kitts between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on February 22, 2026.
Police responded to reports of gunfire and subsequently learned that one adult male had sustained a gunshot wound to his left leg. The victim was transported to the Joseph N. France General Hospital, where he received medical treatment.
Officers from the Crime Scene Unit processed the area and collected items of evidential value. Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
The RSCNPF is urging anyone with information that may assist the investigation to contact the nearest police station or report anonymously through the Crime Stoppers hotline at 707.
