Kenny Mitchel, 27, was killed by Gavin Hapgood, 44, on April 13 at Malliouhana resort in Anguilla where he worked
The toxicology report reveals Mitchel had cocaine, marijuana and other drugs in his system as well as alcohol when he was killed
It’s also been revealed that Mitchel was arrested and charged with raping his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child less than a month before his death
The case was pending, but his ex called the incident a ‘misunderstanding’
Hapgood, a UBS banker from Connecticut, claims he acted in self defense when Mitchel entered his room and tried to rob the family at knife point
Cops say his young daughters were in the hotel room when he killed the worker
