The St. Kitts-Nevis National Council on Drug Abuse Prevention Secretariat is proud to announce the successful completion of the Stages of Change Substance Use Program, which concluded with the graduation of ten participants.
This impactful eight-week initiative, held from **October 13 to December 3, 2025, at His Majesty’s Prison in Basseterre, provided participants with essential tools and guidance to support positive decision-making, personal growth, and successful reintegration into society.
