NEVIS, June 2026 — Preparations for the highly anticipated Nevis Mango Festival 2026 continue to gather momentum as participating chefs recently came together for an important planning and collaboration session ahead of this year’s celebration of Nevis’ most beloved fruit.

The meeting brought together the festival’s culinary team and introduced the festival’s Consulting Chef, Chef Daniel, and featured discussions on culinary innovation, event execution, menu development, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
The session provided an opportunity for Chef Daniel to connect with the talented chefs who will showcase their skills throughout the festival. Drawing on more than two decades of international culinary experience, he shared his vision, culinary philosophy, and expectations for this year’s event, offering valuable insights into flavour development, presentation techniques, and creative approaches to showcasing the versatility of Nevis’ renowned mangoes.

A key highlight of the meeting was a series of one-on-one consultations between Chef Daniel and participating chefs. These personalized discussions allowed for collaboration, constructive feedback, and the refinement of recipes and menu concepts that will be featured during the festival’s signature events.
Festival Consultant Noah Mills also provided an overview of the festival programme, venue layouts, and guest experience strategy, ensuring that chefs have a clear understanding of how their culinary offerings will contribute to the overall success of the event.

The chefs were welcomed by Andia Ravariere, Chief Executive Officer, Phéon Hawk Jones, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Tracy Frazer, Visitor Centre Coordinator, who each emphasised the critical role chefs play in delivering an exceptional festival experience while showcasing the culinary talent, creativity, and hospitality that make Nevis a premier destination.
