Antioch Baptist Church, St. Kitts, took time during its service on Sunday, April 19, 2026, to recognise the outstanding achievement of the Dr Denzil L. Douglas Secondary School Football Team.
The team was honoured for capturing the inaugural Iron Boot Football Tournament title, marking a significant milestone in the competition’s history.
Players were presented with the Iron Boot Trophy along with individual tokens in recognition of their performance and dedication.
Standout player Leslie ‘Lucky’ Thomas delivered an exceptional showing, earning both Man of the Tournament and Top Scorer honours.
The recognition highlighted not only the team’s success on the field but also the importance of discipline, teamwork, and excellence within the community.
