Giles Byron of Pinneys Road was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 12 January 2015, and fined $1500 which is to be paid in three (3) months, or, in default will serve three (3) months in prison.

Jelani Liburd and Kemo Sancho both of Craddock Road were convicted for the offences of Cultivation of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis which were committed on 31 January 2015, and were both fined $5000 for the offence of Cultivation of Cannabis which is to be in six (6) months, or, in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison, and $5000 for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which is to be paid in six (6) months, or, in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison, sentences to run consecutively.
