On Sunday, May 19th, veteran sports commentator Frankie Claxton donated tennis balls to support the Village Premier League (VPL).
Claxton commended the Hardtimes Sports and Social Club for their efforts in community development.
He mentioned that he had a stock of tennis balls from his time working in Anguilla and sent for them to assist with the league.
He presented a total of forty balls, which were accepted by the club’s PRO,
Michael Wise Herbert, who thanked Claxton for his generous gesture.
