The T-10 tournament being hosted by the Nevis Cricket Association is getting even more exciting as the tournament progresses.
On Sunday 27th November, Highlights 1 faced off with All-Stars.
Highlights 1 batted first and propelled by an ultra-aggressive Patrice Nisbett and later T’jari Clarke got up to a competitive 97 from their 10 overs.
All stars in response were set back with the early loss of Ross Powell, but Justin Amurdan led the way right into the final over and got two chances, but managed to tie up the game at 97 from the 10 overs.
The game went into the super over the grand finale.
All-stars batted first and scored 12 runs from the one over.
Highlights 1 needed 4 runs from the remaining 2 balls of the over, bowled by Jaden Carmichael and T’jari Clarke promptly deposited the fifth delivery, clean over long on for six, to end the tense game.
