On Monday, 24th November, the West Indies Under-19 team delivered a commanding performance to outplay their English counterparts in the fourth One-Day match of the ongoing youth series.
Batting first, the young Windies posted an impressive 280 for 7 from their allotted 50 overs. Joshua Dorne and Jonathan van Lange led the charge, each scoring 80, while Tanez Francis added a valuable 51.
In reply, England Under-19s were dismissed for 182, despite a fighting 78 from Ben Dawkins. The West Indies bowling attack was relentless, with Vitel Lawes claiming 4 for 35 and Shaquan Belle taking 3 for 34.
The West Indies Under-19s secured victory by 98 runs, giving them a 3–1 lead in the series.
