On Friday 22nd February, the Charlestown Secondary School hosted its annual road relays.
As per usual, the roadways in the proximity of the school, were packed with cheering students, teachers, parents, siblings and other friends of the school.
The athletes ran in various age categories, as they made several rounds from the school’s gate, through the ET Willet Park; onto the Main road and then back to the school
The exact age categories were not determined but the general results were
Race one-under 16 boys:
1st Green;
2nd Blue;
3rd Gold
Race two: -under 16 girls
: 1st Gold;
2nd Blue;
3rd Red
Race Three-16 plus boys:
1st Green;
2nd Gold;
3rd Red
Race Four-16 plus girls-
1st Blue;
2nd Green;
3rd Gold
Race Five-older Boys:
1st Blue;
2nd Green;
3rd Gold
Race Six- older Girls:
1st Red;
2nd Gold;
3rd Green
Race Seven- oldest Boys:
1st Blue;
2nd Green;
3rd Gold
