Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 25, 2018 (RSCNPF): Delano Browne of Cotton Ground, Nevis was sentenced to ten (10) years imprisonment for the offence of Robbery and four (4) years imprisonment for the offence of Assault with Intent to Commit Robbery.
The sentences are to be served concurrently. Two additional charges of Assault with Intent to Commit Robbery had been withdrawn. Browne, who was convicted of the offences earlier in the assizes, was sentenced on May 18, 2018.
Officers in District “C” arrested and charged Delano Browne in relation to an incident that occurred on May 01, 2013 at Yachtsman Grill.
