BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — Devon Harris of Temple Alley, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offence of larceny.
The offence is reported to have been committed on March 11, 2026. Mr. Harris was formally charged on March 24, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station following investigations by law enforcement authorities.
