Digicel Launches New Cell Sites in St. Kitts and Nevis

Basseterre, St. Kitts (January 19 , 2015) – Residents of St. Kitts and Nevis who own and operate Digicel mobile phones, are waking up to increased 4G signal strength on their devices. This is being made possible with the recent commissioning of new cellular sites at Long Point and Rams Supermarket locations in Nevis and Old Road in St. Kitts.

Digicel St. Kitts and Nevis’ Technical Team worked assiduously to ensure the new cell sites were commissioned to enhance the 4G coverage in the areas of Long Point, Cherry Garden, Brown Hill, Farms, Charlestown, Baths and ValuMart areas on Nevis and the Old Road, Middle Island, Lamberts, Conyers and Half Way Tree areas on St Kitts. Digicel is delighted to hear patrons of the Sky Safari boast of posting photos and live video of their zip-line experience. This underscores the telecommunications giant’s commitment to its customers to provide quality service anywhere, any time.

According to Mr. Crooke, Digicel’s Technical Manager, “Providing the best possible network to our customers is our main priority.
