Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis — Officers of the Criminal Investigation Department have arrested Domingo Louis of Carty Alley, St. Kitts, on a warrant in the first instance for the offence of Larceny, allegedly committed on May 30, 2026.
Louis was formally charged with the offence on June 11, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
